The purpose of this conference is to equip and inspire youth leaders to be deeply Rooted in Christ and courageously Rising in leadership, so they can faithfully disciple the next generation. Together, we seek to strengthen leaders in Scripture, prayer, and community while empowering them to lead with boldness, serve with compassion, and reflect God’s splendor in their ministries and beyond.

Youth leaders are called to nurture their own faith deeply while equipping the next generation to stand firm and shine brightly for Christ. This conference centers on the dual vision of being Rooted—grounded in Scripture, prayer, and spiritual disciplines (Colossians 2:6–7)—and Rising—stepping boldly into leadership and service with courage and joy (Isaiah 60:1). Together, these form the theme Rooted & Rising.

 

     Through worship, teaching, and practical equipping, these gatherings invite leaders to strengthen their own roots in Christ while rising to meet the challenges of youth ministry today. With the tagline “Strong Roots. Bold Leadership.”, the conference vision is clear: leaders who remain deeply anchored in Christ are empowered to rise with resilience, lead with integrity, and serve with Kingdom impact—displaying God’s splendor in their lives, their ministries, and their communities.
