As you register, please keep in mind the following:

If you are registering for workshops, there are many choices, and you will want to read through the list before making a selection. If you want to peruse a list before starting registration, attached here is a link to all of the workshops https://belonging2025.org/workshops?page=1&size=110 . Should you change your mind concerning a workshop while you are registering, you can choose another workshop. Your last choice will be the one saved.

The musical, Belongings, will be performed three times. Please choose only one performance. Wednesday, June 4, 2025 @ 7:30pm; Thursday, June 5, 2025 @ 8:00pm; or Saturday, June 7, 2025 @ 2:00pm.

If you are looking for a "by invitation only" workshop, these will appear as a choice for you in the corresponding workshop block. They will not appear to others who are not expected at that workshop.

After registering, your itinerary will provide a list of the events you registered to attend by date and time. There is a link to your itinerary in the body of your confirmation email.  You can also view your itinerary after registering, by clicking on the link to your itinerary on the registration details page.

The registration fee for delegates 26 and up is based on the following schedule: 

- October 15-December 31, 2024 - $40

- January 1-February 28, 2025 - $45

- March 1-May 16, 2025 - $50

The registration fee for delegates ages 0-25 is being provided at no cost.

KIDS' CONGRESS

Childcare (ages 0-12) is being offered through "Kids' Congress." The cost is $25 per child and covers the entire week of Belonging 2025. This is a one-time fee for each registered child. For more information, see the block on this webpage titled, Childcare.

Kids' Congress is a program available for children ages 0-12.

Children 0-5 will be meeting at the Miller High Life Theater in the Kilbourn Room. This program begins on Tuesday evening, June 3, 2025, and continues through Sunday morning, June 8, 2025.

Children 6-12 will be involved in daily field trips on Wednesday, June 4, Thursday, June 5, and Friday, June 6, 2025. All other programs will be onsite in the 6-12 meeting room in Plankinton Hall at the Miller High Life Theater.

Teens

A teen program (13-17) titled, Peer-to-peer Ministry will meet during the workshop hours on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 through Friday, June 6, 2025. A field trip is planned for Friday from 8:30am through 2:00pm.
