Registration Information

As you register, please keep in mind the following:

If you are registering for activities and workshops, there are many choices, and you will want to read through the options before making a selection.  

Activity and Workshop Registration Options:

Morning Workshop Options-Part 1 (9:15 AM-10:30 AM)

Morning Workshop Options-Part 2 (11:00 AM-12:15 PM)

Children (9:00 AM-12:15 PM)

Nursery Track (Ages 0-4)

Elementary Track (Ages 5-12)

Teen Track (Ages 13 and Up)

Family Structured and Camp Activities

Afternoon Activities (1:30 PM-5:00 PM)

Should you change your mind concerning an activity or workshop while you are registering, you can choose another workshop. Your last choice will be the one saved.

After registering, your itinerary will provide a list of the events you registered to attend by date and time and will be sent to your provided email.

Fee: $40 per person-All Inclusive Price
(Includes accommodations, meals, t-shirt, ARC swag, snacks, activities, workshops, and more!)

Camp Shirt size selections are ONLY guranteed through April 15, 2025. 

Payment Options:

• Payments should be made directly on the registration website.
• Payments are due no later than May, 16, 2025.

Accommodations

Family and cabin style accommodations are provided for the weekend.

You will receive your room assignment and keys (if applicable) in person at registration. 

Adult Rehabilitation Center groups will be housed in dormitory style sleeping arrangements and shared bathrooms. Be sure to bring your own bedding and towels.

Camp Checklist of Items to Bring:

Essential Items

• Bible
• Personal Sheets, Blankets, Pillows with Cases
• Towels & washcloths
• Shower Shoes
• Toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.)
• Medications, inhalers (etc.)
• First Aid Kit or Items (as needed)
• Glasses

Clothing

• Comfortable and modest outfits for daily activities
• Pajamas & undergarments
• Sneakers/Socks (closed-toe shoes for activities)
• Jacket or hoodie (it can get chilly)
• Raincoat or poncho (weather pending)
• Umbrella (check the weekend weather)

Activity & Specialty Items

• TSA Officers-"Office Uniform" is requierd for the Sunday Service
• Flashlight with extra batteries
• Reusable water bottle
• Backpack or tote bag
• Sunglasses & hat
• Sunscreen/Insect Repellent

Optional Items

• Books, games, or cards
• Snacks (please ensure all food items are in closed storage containers)
• Money for camp store, coffee shop, and TSA Central Trade store

What NOT to Bring

• Alcohol
• Drugs
• Pets
• Skateboards/Bikes
• Weapons of any kind
• Expensive items or valuables
• Food that requires refrigeration (please let us know if you have a personal required accommodation for refrigeration)

Smoking and vaping are limited to designated smoking areas only. 

Smoking or vaping outside of these areas, inside buildings or rooms is NOT ALLOWED. 

Childcare is ONLY available on Saturday from 9:30 AM to 12:15 PM. 

Parents are RESPONSIBLE for their children at ALL other times of the event. :-)

A childcare form is required to be on file for all childen at the event.
